Delete Your Account | Health Bingo

This page explains how to delete your Health Bingo account, operated by Blue Day Enterprises, and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Health Bingo app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted straight away.

If you are hosting a challenge that is still live, you will be asked to finish or cancel that challenge before your account can be deleted, so other participants are not left in an active challenge without a host.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@healthbingo.com.au from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before we action the request. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of confirming your request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

your account and profile (name, display name, email and profile photo)
challenges you created and their settings
your challenge participation, bingo cards, completed tasks and Bingo submissions
points, badges and leaderboard activity
weigh-in and progress measures you entered
payment records associated with your account

What data may be retained

After deletion we may keep a limited amount of information only where we are required to for legal, security, payment, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes — for example, transaction records app stores or payment providers require us to retain. Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or de-identified. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
